摘要 通过孔隙率测定实验和柱浸实验,探讨了孔隙率与矿堆内部各粒级之间的内在联系,分析了浸出过程中孔隙率变化的机理,提出了改善孔隙率的新方法。研究结果表明:在-0.1,0.1—0.2,0.2-0.4,0.4—0.7,0.7-2.0,2.0—4.0,4.0~8.0,8.0-10.0mm 8个粒级中,0~0.1mm粒级物料(俗称含泥量)对孔隙率的影响最为显著;平均粒径与孔隙率存在一定关系;孔隙率变化机理与堆内微小颗粒含量变化十分密切;垫层通透性的提高和应力波的运用有利于孔隙率状况的改善。 On the basis of the results of porosity measuring experiment and column leaching experiment, the relation between porosity and size fraction has been studied. After the mechanism of porosity variation was analyzed, new methods for improving the porosity have been brought forward. The findings show that the effect of G1 (0 - 0.1 mm) is the most notable one among the 8 size fractions ( - 0.1,0.1 - 0.2, 0.2 - 0.4, 0.4 - 0.7, 0.7 - 2.0, 2.0 - 4.0, 4.0 - 8.0 mm and 8.0 - 10.0 mm). There is a certain relation between the porosity and the average grain diameter. The mechanism of porosity variation is much closely related with the change of micro grain content. The improvement of the cushion permeability or the application of the stress wave to the leaching heap is propitious to advance the porosity.
