摘要
针对述綦江铁矿的矿物特征,确定了该矿的磁化焙烧制度。对焙烧矿进行弱磁选获得TFe品位60.03%的焙烧磁铁精矿,对焙烧磁选精矿进行阴离子反浮选试验,结果表明,采用捕收剂HOSS进行阴离子反浮选试验,可得到TFe品位60.84%、回收率86.99%的铁精矿,为科学、合理、有效开发利用綦江铁矿资源开辟了一条新的途径。
Based on the mineral feature analysis of Jijiang iron ore, optimum magnetization roasting conditions were determined. Magnetite concentration with a grade of 60.03% TFe can be obtained from roasted ore by low-intensity magnetic separation. After a further negative ion reverse flotation using collector HOSS, iron concentration with a grade of 60.84% TFe with a recovery of 86.99% can be Obtained. This process creates a new route for a scientific, reasonable and effective exploitation and utilization of Jijiang iron ore resource.
