摘要
用工业试验验证了实验室钢球尺寸优化的结果,表明云锡公司选矿厂磨矿采用的Ф80mm钢球偏大,精确化的钢球尺寸应为15-30mm.钢球尺寸精确化后能提高细磨效率,改善产品特性,二、三段磨机技术效率提高均在15个百分点以上;钢球消耗大幅度下降,二、三段钢球单耗分别下降31.94%及28.87%;回收率及精矿品位均提高3个百分点左右。工业试验表明,钢球尺寸精确化对锡铜共生矿细磨是行之有效的。
The industry experiments verified the optimized parameter of ball diameter obtained from laboratory investigation. It shows that the ball diameter of 80 mm, which is currently adopted in the plant, is somewhat too large, while the suitable diameter should range from 15 mm to 30 mm. Grinding efficiency and product quantity can be significantly improved after a rectifying of the ball diameters. Technical efficiency of the second and the third stage of ball milling exceeded 15%, and the steel ball consumption decreased markedly, namely, the consumptions of steel ball fell by 31.94% for the second stage of milling and 28.87% for the third. Both the grade and the recovery of the concentrate increased by about 3%. This study shows that the proper determination of ball diameters is a valid method for fine grinding.
