摘要
探讨了天然气水合物的发展过程、形成条件以及对天然气输送管道的腐蚀堵塞作用,对我国天然气脱水创新技术———膜法脱水、汽提脱水的原理与工艺过程进行了全面论述。考察了气体处理量及操作压力等对我国1.2×105m3/d天然气膜法脱水的工业试验装置的脱水过程的影响。
Introduced are natural gas hydrate development process,forming conditions and its blocking and corrosion effects on gas pipelines.Moreover,generally described are principle and process of the domestic innovation technologies in natural gas dehydration-Membrane Separation Dehydration and Gas Lifting Dehydration.A set of natural gas Membrane Separation Dehydration test units with a capacity of 12×10~4m^3/d has been built in China.Investigated are the effects of gas treatment capacity and operating pressure on the dehumidification process.Up to now,the equipment operates properly and its gas supply capacity has gone up to 10×10~8m^3/a.
