准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术治疗近视 被引量:2

Treatment of myopia with laser subepithelial keratomileusis

摘要 目的:评价准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(laser subep ithelial keratom ileusis,LASEK)治疗近视的效果和安全性。方法:对385例746只眼行LASEK手术,术前球镜屈光度-0.75~16.0 D,柱镜屈光度0^-6.0 D以下。术后随访12个月。结果:术中无并发症发生,术后3个月屈光度基本稳定。术后屈光回退者16眼(2.14%);出现角膜上皮下基质混浊者6眼(8.04%);术后裸眼视力≥1.0者709眼(95%),>0.5<1.0者40眼(5%)。结论:LASEK既解决了LASIK手术禁忌的部分病例,也弥补了PRK手术的不足,是一种安全、有效、预测性好的屈光手术。 Objective: To evaluate the safety and egicacy of laser subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) in the treatment of myopia. Methods: The operation of LASEK was performed on 746 eyes in 385 patients with myopia and astigmatism. The follow -up period was 12 months. Results: No complication occurred during operations in all these patients. The diopter was unchangible 3 months after operations. Although some postoperative complications such as haze developed, visual acuity was improved in most patients. Conclusion: LASEK can be performed for the patients not suited for the treatment of LASIK, and it can avoid some disadvantages of PRK. LASEK is a safe and effective treatment method for myopia.
