摘要
介绍了燃料电池汽车硬件在环仿真系统的设计,动力镍氢蓄电池组及其管理系统的仿真模型.并基于车辆不同的驾驶工况进行了硬件在环的系统仿真,结果表明蓄电池模型能合理地反映燃料电池汽车运行过程中蓄电池的能量变化状态,该动力蓄电池硬件在环系统是蓄电池控制器及动力总成控制器开发不可缺少的平台.
The hardward in loop (HIL) designe for fuel cell vehicle is presented. The simulation model of Ni-MH power battery pack (BP) and battery pack control module (BPCM) were built, which were applied on the vehicle HIL simulation based on different driving cycle. The result shows the BP model can simulate the engergy status during the different driving cycles reasonably. The HIL system is necessary for the evluation of BPCM and powertrain control module (PTCM).
