文章论述了系统规划在城市水污染集中控制中的地位与作用，介绍了系统规划的程序、方法、路线及其解法；规划的总体方案及设计，对城市水污染集中控制研究有一定的借鉴意义．
The paper describes the position and affect of the system programme in the water pollution concentration control of the city.It introduces the order of system plan,the methodsof plan and the route of technology,the model of plan as well as solution,the total scheme and design of the scheme.These have the guiding sense to concern study and water pollution conentration control of the city.
