摘要 介绍了华北岔河集北部区块回注污水处理工艺和处理站概况。由于注入水中细菌数量严重超标(SRB菌数≥100个/mL),注水井油套管发生了极其严重的腐蚀。由一种市售双组分二氧化氯消毒液产生CO2,以SRB菌数103~100个/mL、TGB菌数100~10^5个/mL的岔北污水为水样,测得ClO2加量为2mg/L时,两种菌可被完全杀灭。使用天津正方公司制造的Mountain-410型二氧化氯发生器,2005年10月、11月、12月在岔北注水站进行了回注污水二氧化氟杀菌三阶段现场试验,加药点设在多功能过滤器后,监测点设在滤前、滤后、出站口(喂水泵后)及各配水间,监测项目为SRB、TGB菌数和ClO2残余浓度Cr。第一阶段加药量10mg/L,出站口Cr达到0.4mg/L后在11天内各监测点菌数高且波动大。第二阶段加药量加至15mg/L,出站水菌数达标,但4.3km外的两配水间菌数高,Cr〈1mg/L。第三阶段保持加药量为15mg/L.出站水不含菌,6个设监测点的配水间菌数为0或0.5、0.6个/mL,完全达标,距离处理站0.7、1.2、4.3km的3个配水间Cr为4.2、3.4、1.9mg/L。此后ClO2加量保持〈10mg/L,配水间Cr≥1.5g/L.注入水菌数达标。图1表4参4。 The produced water treating technology for reservoir flooding and the North Chaheji water treating plant (WTP) are outlined. The vigorous growth of bacteria in injection water (SRB population ≥10^4 cell/mL) has led to severe pipe and ease corrosion downhole in water injection wells. By using a commercial bicomponent ClO2 desinfaetor in a produced water sample of SRB and TGB population 10^3-10^4 and 10^4-10^5 cell/mL, respectively, it was ascertained that ClO2 at dosage 2 mg/L can completely kills these bacteria. By using a commercial Mountain-410 ClO2 generator, a 3-stage field trial on ClO2 bactericidal treatment of produced water was performed at the WTP Oct, Nov, and Dee 2005; ClO2 was introduced into the water treating system after multifunetional filter (MFF) and the SRB and TGB bacterial population and the residual ClO2 concentration, Cr(ClO2), were monitored and determined before and after MFF, at the outlet of the WTP, and at several water distributing stations (WDSs). At the 1st stage of the trial with ClO2 of 10 mg/L introduced, the bacterial population was high and changed significantly in 11 days after Cr(ClO2) reached 0.4 mg/ L at the WTP outlet. At the 2nd stage the ClO2 dosage was increase to 15 mg/L, the bacterial population in the outlet water met the requirements of Trade Standard but at 2 WDSs 4.3 km apart from the WTP was high and unsatisfactory with Cr (ClO2) 〈 1 mg/L. At the 3rd stage the ClO2 dosage was kept 15 mg/L, no bacteria was detected in outlet water, the bacterial population of SRB and TGB was of 0,0.5 or0.6 cell/mL a 6 WDSs and Cr(ClO2) was of 4.2,3.4, and 1.9 mg/L at WDSs 0.7, 2.2, and 4.3 km apart from the WTP. Here after the ClO2 dosage was kept 〈 10 mg/L, Cr(ClO2)-≥1.5 g/L and the bacterial population in the injection water was acceptable.
