摘要
结合我国第一个大型开合屋盖———江苏南通体育场开合屋盖,介绍了机械开合系统的组成及功能,对行走于空间六轨圆弧上的开合屋盖结构,在设计与施工阶段对影响顺利开合的因素进行了深入分析,提出了设计阶段的钢结构间的刚度匹配原则、以及钢结构与机械系统间的参数匹配原则,施工阶段的适应性施工措施。通过计算分析、交互式设计方法、结构预变形、预留调整措施等,保证了开合屋盖结构最终施工调试的成功。
Based on the construction practise of Jiangsu, Nantong Stadium, the first large-scale retractable roof in China, the components and function of mechanical system were introduced, and the analyzes were carried out in the field of structure design and construction for six-tract retractable roof to the smoothly movement of roof, and thus the stiffness matching principle between the fix roof and retractable roof, the matching principle between the steel structure and mechanical system, and the concept of adaptability construction were put forward. The success of construction of retractable roof were greatly relied on the large among of computational ayalysis, interactive design method, pre-deformation of structure and prospective adjustment methods.
