摘要
随着房地产企业间竞争的不断加剧,项目开发成本也随着攀升,从而使项目开发风险加大。笔者从房地产开发项目的2个关键阶段,即设计阶段和施工阶段论述了如何去控制开发项目的成本,使得有效的资金产生更大的经济效益。
With the keen competition between the real estate enterprises, the project developing cost is rising which increases the project developing risk. In this article, author shows that the project developing cost is reasonably and effectively controlled from the design and construction stage of the project, which can made finite investment to bring more large earning.
