摘要
旧建筑改造设计的积极的理念和社会意义是毋庸置疑的,其产生的巨大经济与社会效益也是我们有目共睹的。尽管实践中还缺乏系统理论的指导,很多问题亟待解决,但随着建筑设计总体水平的提高,问题会慢慢解决。建筑师要积极的利用这些旧建筑,真正的为当代社会经济文化需求服务,让旧建筑回归到人们的日常生活中。
The theory and society significance of old architecture rebuilding can lead to great economy and society benefit. There are some problems in the rebuilding practice for the lack of direction of system theory. Architects should use these old buildings to serve the society, economy and culture demands.
