摘要
叙述了氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定环境水样中铅的方法。方法操作简便、线性好、灵敏度高(特征浓度峰高测量0.80(μg/L)/1%)、精密度和准确度好。直接测定信号值,提高了分析速度,各项技术指标均能满足环境监测规范要求。
The method of determining Lead by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was introduced. The results show this method has many advantages, such as easy operation, linear correlation, high accuracy and sensitively, good precision. Becaause of directly measuring the signal the period of detection can be shortened.
