高等职业技术教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,与经济社会发展联系最直接、最紧密。已基本走过规模发展阶段后的高职教育如何步入规范发展轨道,文章从学生就业目标定位、办学层次与办学方式定位到为地方经济服务的取向定位作了多角度的讨论。

The advanced vocational education is the important compotent in our educational system , which has the most direct , and close connection with the development of the economical society . As to the problem of how to step into the regular developing track of the vocational education after the development in scale, the author gives a discussion from the aspects of the student＇s target location of employment , the target Location of the arrangement and methods on running a school, as well as the directions of the service to the Local economs,, etc.
