After discussing the development of B/S, the paper puts forward a new technique of development of C language for Web Application Server based on LINUX with good performance-cost ratio, which integrates FastCgi/Cgi and multithread.The system requirement, structure, modules, development, and template-replace are introduced. Message and data processed by FastCgi/Cgi and programming mode are explored. The wide range of its application is also illustrated.
