The Extension of Agricultural Function: Historical Change and Future Trend

本文通过对农业功能拓展历史变迁的分析,认为农业功能拓展是经济社会发展的必要条件、农业功能拓展的不适应则是经济社会发展的障碍因素、社会经济的发展又为农业功能拓展提供了可能和空间。根据发达国家实践经验,并从适应我国进入工业化中期、建设社会主义新农村的要求,认为未来农业功能拓展要实现新的突破。本文为实施强化农业基础地位的政策和构建相应的政策框架提供新的支撑。

Based on the historical analysis of extension of agricultural function, this paper reveals that extension of agricultural function is related to the development of economy and society. Experiences from developed countries can be learnt to help build new countryside of China and develop agricultural function.
