对我国的人口结构现状进行分析,我国现阶段要从根本上提高人口素质,促进人力资本的形成,在现阶段职业教育是关键。在此基础上对湖南省职业教育的发展方向及未来趋势做出了假设分析,期望能为职业教育发展提供一些参考。

This article carries on the analysis of China＇s present stage vocational education is a key to improve population quality and population structure and concludes that in promote the formation of human capital. It presumptive analysis of vocational education development direction and tendency in Hunan Province.
