高职院校校企合作中企业动力不足的原因探析

Reason Analysis of Enterprise's Power Insufficiency of Cooperation Professional Colleges and Businesses

校企合作对于高职院校办学是不可或缺的基本条件和基本途径,这在国外的实践经验中得以证明。但目前在国内高职院校校企合作大多流于形式,真正意义上的合作并不多,造成此局面的原因在于企业对校企合作动力不足,因此分析校企合作中企业动力不足的原因,探析提高企业动力措施对促进高职教育发展是十分必要的。

School-business cooperation is an indispensably basic condition and an essential way in the running of higher vocational schools, which has been proved at the overseas experience. However, cooperation in China mostly becomes a mere formality at present. The reason lies in that enterprises have insufficient power in school-business cooperation. Therefore, this article analyzes the causes and measures to enhance the enterprise power in cooperation with school for the development of higher education.
