三种终止中期妊娠方法的比较

Comparison of three kinds of methods terminating middle gestation

目的:探讨三种终止中期妊娠方法的疗效。方法:180例中期妊娠患者随机分为三组,利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法58例,米非司酮配伍米索前列醇法62例,米非司酮联合利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法60例,比较三组引流产效果。结果:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇法和米非司酮联合利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法引产有效率明显高于利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法,且有效引产时间明显缩短,但米索前列醇的副作用多且明显。结论:米非司酮联合利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法终止中期妊娠引产有效率高,引产时间短,副作用小。

Objective To compare the effect about three kinds of methods terminating middle gestation. Methods 180 cases of middle gestation were divided into three groups. Out of 180 cases, amnion injection with ethacridine, mifepvistol with misoprostol and amnion injection with ethacridine company with using mifepvistol were performed on 58 cases,62 cases and 60 cases respectively. To compare the effect of three groups that terminated middle gestation. Results The effect of using mifepvistol with misoprostol and amnion injection with ethacridine company with using mifepvistol were higher than that of amnion injection with ethacridine,and the time terminating middle gestation were shortened. But there were more side effects of using mifepvistol with misoprostol than those of amnion injection with ethacridine company with using mifepvistol. Conclusion The method of amnion injection with ethacridine company with using mifepvistol that terminated middle gestation has advantages of good effects, short terminating time and few side effects.
