Cooperation in the surgery of ERCP and EST

目的:探讨护士在ERCP及EST术中的配合要点。方法:通过对42例ERCP及EST术的术中配合,总结术中所需器械的使用技巧及术中注意事项。结果:42例患者插管成功39例,成功率92.8%,行EST26例,均未发生大出血及穿孔。结论:护士充分细致的术前准备及准确迅速的术中配合是检查治疗成功的基础和保障。

Objective To discusse the cooperation mainpoint of nurses in ERCP and EST surgery. Methods Through 42 cases of ERCP and EST surgery with the cooperation mainpoint, to sum up the use of skills and attention matters of equipment. Results 39 cases of all the 42 cases successfully intubate, the success rate was 92.8%, 26 cases performed EST which had not occurred haemorrhage and perforation. Conclusion Nurses＇ full preparation before the surgery and accurate technique with cooperation in the surgeryare the base guarantee the test and treatment.
