腹腔镜乙状结肠切除术2例围手术期护理

Peri-operative nursing on 2 patients with laparoscopic sigmoidtomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜乙状结肠切除术围手术期护理方法。方法:对2例腹腔镜乙状结肠切除患者实施充分的术前准备,心理护理,饮食管理、术后生命体征监测及并发症的观察护理。结果:2例患者均获得满意效果,术前术后心理健康平稳过渡,未发生并发症,痊愈出院。结论:认真做好术前术后护理,对患者术后康复十分重要。

Objective To explore the peri-operative nursing on laparoscopic sigmoidectomy. Methods To carry out peri-operative nursing including preparation before operation, psychological nursing and post-operative observation. Results Patients could achieve good results and fully recover from illness. Conclusions Peri-operative nursing is the key to success, abd is important for the patient＇s recovery.
