目的:建立盐城市正常牙合青少年牙颌模型牙列指数的正常值,为正畸临床提供依据。方法:选取正常青少年牙颌模型300付,测量牙冠、牙弓宽度,计算Bolton指数和Pont指数,对测量结果进行统计分析并与国内外相关资料进行对比研究,对Bolton指数和Pont指数的临床应用价值进行评价。结果:Bolton指数和Pont指数存在种族和地区差异。结论:Bolton指数和Pont指数在正畸临床中均有一定的应用价值,临床上应参照本民族和地区的标准。

Objective To establish the normal value for denture index of young people＇s tooth jaw model and provide data for the clinical surgeon. Methods To choose 300 normal young people tooth jaw model, test the tooth crown width and the tooth bow width, calculate Bohon index and Pont index, carry out the statistical analysis on the measurement results and conduct the contrast research with the domestic and foreign correlative data, and evaluate the clinical value of Bohon index and Pont index. Results Bohon index and Pont index had race and regional disparity. Conclusion Bolton index and Pont index have a certain application clinical value and the national and local standard should be consulted in clinical application.
