我国研究生教育成本补偿及测算问题研究

On Compensation and Calculation of the Cost in Graduate Education

随着我国研究生招生规模的迅速扩大,研究生教育经费矛盾日益突出。从研究生教育成本概念入手,回顾我国研究生教育成本补偿历史,提出研究生教育成本的补偿者及补偿措施,并对某地区高校的研究生教育成本进行测算,得出高校研究生实际教育成本高于教育拨款的结论．从而证明研究生教育成本补偿的必要性。

As enrollment of graduates increases the gap between supply and demand of graduate educational outlay becomes bigger. This paper reviews the history of compensation for graduate education cost and discusses the method of compensation and calculation of the cost in some universities. The condusion is that the actual cost is higher than the outlay,which proves that compensation is necessary.
