摘要
用刚果红试纸及流变仪分别测试了加入月桂酸甲基锡的PVC树脂的动、静态热稳定性和加工性能。实验表明,与硫醇甲基锡相比,加入月桂酸甲基锡的PVC树脂的初期和长期稳定性稍差,润滑性和透明性较好。在每10份月桂酸甲基锡中加入1.5份硬脂酸锌后,可使PVC制品的初期色相和润滑性得到改善。月桂酸甲基锡与硫醇甲基锡复配可以改善各项性能,其比例为1∶1时,可以得到与纯硫醇甲基锡相似的热稳定性,润滑性和加工性上升,成本下降。
The static thermal stability of PVC was tested by means of Congo Red methed,and the dynamic thermal stability was tested by means of Rbeometer.The result shows that the short-term heat stability and long-term heat stability of PVC with methyl tin thiolycollate was better than that with methy tin lanrate.Researched by Rheometer,it shows that the lubricity of methyl tin laurate was better than that of methyl tin thiolycollat's.It was found that methytin laurate had good synergistic effect with methyl tin thiolycollat, and when the compounding ratio ofmethy tin laurate with methyl tin thiolycollat was 1:1 respectively, the thermal stability of PVC compounded with the mixture of methyl tin laurate and methyl tin thiolycollat was similar to that of PVC compounded with methyl tin thiolycollat, the lubricity and the processability of the former is better than the latter, and the cost of products is decreased.
