It adopts the way d visiting specialists, literature datum and comparitive study in this article. It makes a comprehensive comparision and analysis on Chinese and American Professional Basketball club＇s organization sturcture, management, match arrangement and reserve forces training, etc. It aims at providing reference for the development of our national professional basketball club.
