摘要
通过对ERP和G IS技术特征的分析,结合旅游景区管理实际,提出了T-ERP和T-G IS概念,进行了概念设计,并构架出运作模型。旨在通过实施旅游景区的信息管理,提高旅游景区的管理效率和服务质量,增强对旅游景区突发事件的预见性和快速反应能力,满足旅游者尤其是自助旅游者的个性化需求,从而促进旅游景区高水平与可持续发展。
Through the analysis to ERP and GIS, and based on the practice of tourism destination, the author proposes TERP and T-GIS and describes the applications of T-ERP/T-GIS. Aiming at the implements of e-administration, we can improve administration effectiveness and service quality, enhance event foretelling and the QR capability and meet the individual demands of tourist, especially those self-assist tourists, then promote the high-level and sustainable development of tourism destinations.
