摘要 目的比较四种经椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法对34例急性胸腰椎骨折分别采用D ick、S teffee、RF和AF等四种椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位。结果34例经1年以上随访,D ick、S teffee、RF和AF治疗胸腰椎骨折均有明显的复位固定作用,RF和AF在矫正后突畸形、恢复伤椎高度上较D ick和S teffee更好。结论RF和AF复位固定效果优于D ick和S teffee。 Objective To compare the outcome of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture treated by four kinds of transvertebral pedicle internal fixation system. Methods 43 cases of the thoracolumbar spine were treated with four kinds transvertebral pedicle internal fixation system(Dick.Steffee,RF and AF). Results All patients were followed up 1 year. All the four kinds of methods got satisfactory reductive fixation, yet RF and AF system were more effective on kyphosis correction and the anterior body height recovery than Dick and Steffee. Conclusion RF and AF system were superior to Dick and Steffee in effect on reductive fixation.
