摘要
目的 探讨对AO分类C型桡骨远端以背侧关节面塌陷为主的骨折采用外固定架治疗效果。方法 对10例该类骨折采用切开复位外固定架固定治疗，根据腕关节功能进行评估。结果 随访10例，时间2～20个月。骨折均愈合。腕关节功能评价，优8例，良1例，可1例。结论采用外固定架治疗桡骨远端以背侧关节面塌陷为主的C型骨折是一种安全、简便、可靠的方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment of AO type-C fracture of the distal radius by external fixators. Methods 10 cases of C-type fractures of distal radius were treated with open reduction and external fixators, It was evaluated according to wrist joint function. Results All cases were followed up for 2-20 months, All fractures were united, wrist joint function is excellent in 8 cases and good in 1 ease,fair in I cases. Conclusion It is a safe, simple and reliable way to treat type-C fracture of distal radius by external fixators.
