经侧后方斜行植入单枚BAK治疗腰椎滑脱 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察24例腰椎滑脱患者经椎弓根螺钉系统及植入单枚椎体间融合器的治疗效果。方法 经侧后方斜行植入单枚BAK治疗腰椎滑脱再进行椎弓根螺钉系统固定。结果 术后随访1~4年(平均2年4个月),椎体间骨性愈合率达95.83%,无融合器移位,患者主观满意率为91.8%。结论 经侧后方斜行植入单枚BAK再进行椎弓根螺钉系统固定治疗腰椎滑脱,能保证脊柱骨性愈合达到脊柱稳定解除症状的目的。
