英国利兹大学人力资源管理始终坚持员工与机构同步发展的理念,在职能地位、管理理念、岗位设立、人员招聘、职责分析、绩效考核、员工发展等方面的管理特点和做法,对国内大学人力资源管理工作具有很好的借鉴意义。
The human resource management in University of Leeds has always been focusing on the synchronous development off acuity and the institution. Valuable are its characteristics and practice in functional status, managerial concept, post setting, talent introduction, role analysis performance assessment, and faculty professional development, etc. To a large extent, human resource management in domestic universities can benefit from it.
