摘要
为提高摩擦焊空心抽油杆质量和使用寿命,从摩擦焊接理论入手,对空心抽油杆在现场使用过程中发生的断杆事故进行了分析和研究,总结出空心抽油杆断裂的部位及其规律,指出影响空心抽油杆质量和使用寿命的薄弱环节在摩擦焊缝及其热影响区。结合空心抽油杆的生产制造工艺,找出影响摩擦焊缝质量的主要因素,并提出相应的改进措施。还指出在空心抽油杆下井作业过程中应注意的事项。
To improve the quality and service life of friction welded hollow sucker ed, the author, starting with the principle of friction welding, analyzes the causes of break failures of hollow sucker rods, tains the pattern of failures, and points out the weak links having influence on the quality and service life of the hollow sucker rod are located in the friction weld seams and the heat effect areas. The main factors effecting the quality of friction weld seams are found out in the light of the manufacturing process of the hollow sucker ed, the relevent measures for improving the qUality are presented and the POints for attention in service are given.
