摘要
椭圆齿轮抽油机是在常规游梁式抽油机减速器的输出轴上,联接一个椭圆齿轮变速器,抽油机曲柄固定在变速器的输出轴上而构成的新型抽油机。椭圆齿轮变速器的共轭椭圆齿轮啮合传动具有定轴性和传动稳定性。导出了椭圆齿轮抽油机的悬点运动方程和功率表达式,给出了一种四型机型的设计参数。计算结果表明,这种抽油机的功率峰值比常规抽油机低26%,上冲程时间是下冲程的1.46倍,对节电和提高泵效十分有利。
The pumping unit with elliptical gears is composed of a conventional beam pumping unit and an elliptical gear transmission, which is connected with the output shaft of the reducer on a conventional pumping unit and the crank of the pumping unit is fixed on the output shaft of the attached transmission.The equation of polished rod motion and the power expression of the new pumping unit are derived and the design parameters for a Model 4 unit are presented. Calculation shows that the peak power of this newunit is reduced by 26% compared with that of a conventional pumping unit and the time of upstroke is1.46 times as much as that of downstroke, which are very beneficial to enemy saving and efficiency improving.
