介绍了ＣＹＢ５－１００－１２００螺杆泵采油系统的结构、工作原理及现场应用情况。该种系统与同型号的游梁式抽油机一管式泵采油系统相比，具有结构简单。一次性投资少、节能效果显著等特点，特别适合高粘稠油及高含气、高含砂、高含水油田的原油开采，能有效地防止气锁和砂卡等现象。针对试验中出现的问题，对此采油系统作了多次改进和完善，在长庆石油勘探局数十口井上试验应用，完全满足采油工艺的需要，使用效果良好。

The authors introduce the design, operating principle and field application of the Model CYB5 100-1200 screw pump production system. Compared with the beam pumping system, this system is characterized by simple design, low first cost and significant power saving,and is especially suited for production of thick oil and crude oil witLh high gas, sand and water-content. Gas lock and sand plug can be avoided.
