城乡规划信息共享可以提高城乡规划决策的科学性,避免城市规划与其他领域的统计矛盾。城乡规划信息共享的关键在于建立统一的技术标准:在数据分类方面,应以现行的《城市规划建设用地和规划用地分类标准》的分类体系为依据,将原来的大类作为中类,在此基础上增加大类;在图式标准方面,应建立较完整的图式系统;在数据质量标准方面,应采用ISO地理信息标准。

As far as map standard is concerned, it is necessary to establish a relatively complete map system. As far as data quality standard is concerned, the ISO geographical information standard should be used.
