加强云南文化人才队伍建设的实践与探索

A Practice and Exploration to Strengthen the Construction of Cultural Talents Teams In Yunnan

文化人才是云南文化事业兴旺发达的重要保证。在新的发展时期,加强云南文化人才队伍建设具有十分重要的意义。要适应全省经济社会快速发展和和谐社会建设对宣传思想文化工作的新要求,在总结、完善云南文化人才队伍建设的成功经验和做法的基础上,进一步推进云南文化人才队伍建设工作。具体而言,要做好这样几项工作一是要树立科学的文化人才观;二是要搭建文化人才成长的事业平台;三是要健全文化人才选拔、培养、使用、管理的制度;四是要营造文化人才成长的社会氛围;五是要加大文化人才“走出去”、“引进来”的力度。

Cuhural Talents are the important guarantee for the flourishing of the cultural cause in Yunnan and it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the cultural talents teams in the new era. We must adapt us towards the fresh request of the rapid social - economic development and the harmonious society construction to the cultural - ideological propaganda work, and on the basis of summarizing the successful experiences in this task, we must further enhance the construction of the cultural talents teams in Yunnan. Specifically speaking, we must do well the following jobs： firstly, we must have the scientific view of talents established; secondly, we must set up a platform for the growth of cultural talents; thirdly, we must construct and perfect the mechanism for the selection, fostering, utilization and administration; fourthly, we must create and operate well the atmosphere for the growth of cultural talents; and fifthly, we must strengthen the efforts to ＂import＂ and ＂export＂ cultural talents.
