构建社会主义和谐社会已是当前我国政府行政的主要目标,这意味着必须在构建和谐社会的视野下重新审视我国政府的行政逻辑,主要体现在政府的行政价值、行政职能、行政方法的转变上。

Currently, constructing the harmonious socialist society is the major goal of the administration by the Governments in China. This means that it is of necessity for us to re- perceive the administrational logics of the Governments, which mainly manifests itself in the value, function and tools of administration.
