云南省州市区域创新能力评价研究

On Region Innovation Ability Evaluation of Regions and cities of Yunnan Province

本文结合云南省情,提出了云南省州市区域创新能力指标体系,并利用聚类分析方法对16个州市的区域创新能力进行实证分析,同时,探讨了相应的对策措施,以便为政府制定区域发展政策提供理论上的依据。

Based on the actual circumstances of Yunnan province, this paper put forward the index system of region innovation ability in Yunnan province, and made use of cluster analytical method to study region innovation ability of the 16 prefectures and municipalities in Yunnan. At the same time, this paper probed intothe homologous measure in order to provide theoretical basis for development policies of these regions.
