Spring of Architectural Culture——Review on Movement for Chinese New Architectural Culture Movement

该文通过回顾自1989年第一次“全国建筑与文化学术讨论会”以来先后8次会议的历程、特点和成果,首次概括并提出“中国建筑新文化运动”这一概念,而且对“科学与民主,创新与复兴”这一文化主题所引起的建筑思想变革以及其社会反响进行了深入的总结和剖析。

Through the review on the course, features and achievements of the eight times ＂National Symposium on Architecture and Culture＇＂ since the first Symposium in 1989, this paper first generalizes and proposes the conception of ＂Chinese New Architectural Culture Movement＂, and takes the further summarrzaflon and analysis on the transform of architectural thought and the social resound aroused by the cultural theme of ＂Science and Democracy, Innovation and Reconstruction＂.
