This paper introduces the educational ldeology of Liang Si-cheng for founding the Architecture Department of Tsinghua University 60 years ago. it is summarized as follows： Using the PHYSICAL ENVIROMENT THEORY as the core for arranging the teaching system. Adjusting the contents of elementary training and the teaching of architecture design, Emphasizing cultural cultivation and the introduction of some humanity discipline. Furthermore, the relation between Liang＇s educotional idealogy and his cultural ieda is analyzed.
