摘要
本文简要综述了肺炎衣原体慢性感染与冠心病关系的研究近况，认为抗肺炎衣原体特异性４２×１０＾３和（或）５２×１０＾３蛋白抗体可能是慢性肺炎衣原体感染的标志，而慢性肺炎衣原体感染及其形成的免疫复合物可能是冠心病发病的一个重要因素，但此关系的确定尚需进一步深入探讨。
