This November will definitely be memorized by Vietnam. Vietnam was approved by WTO as its 150th mem- ber on 7 November. Only five days after that was the open- ing of APEC Summit which was the largest international conference Vietnam ever hosted in its history. In the past 20 years what happened in Vietnam--- powered by its 'Inno- vation and Opening' policy-was very similar to that happened to China in the past 28 years. For Vietnamese, this was also a 'Story happened in spring ' .
