支气管哮喘病理生理特点及临床处理中的若干误区 被引量:9

摘要 本文重点探讨支气管哮喘治疗中的误区,包括对气道炎症的复杂性认识不足,采用单一诊断指标评估哮喘病情;认为最大呼气流速(PEF)可以代替第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1);对慢性气道炎症的特点认识不足,导致吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)未能广泛应用或应用剂量与疗程不足;未重视吸入给药的途径以及糖皮质激素的作用特点等。 This paper emphatically elucidates current misunderstandings in clinical managements of bronchial asthma, including insufficient recognition on the complexity of airway inflammation, evaluation of asthma with single protocol and inappropriate use of PEF substituting PEV,. The misunderstandings have led to inappropriate use of inhaled corticosteroid therapy both in the dosage and terms, neglecting the administering ways and pharmacological features of glucocorticoid.
