The Agricultural Mechanization Contributions for Constructing the New Socialist Countryside

针对党的“十六届五中全会”提出的建设社会主义新农村的主导思想,结合我国现阶段农业机械化的发展,阐明了社会主义新农村建设的内涵;重点阐述农业机械化是建设新农村的引擎,起着基础性、主导性、决定性的作用。新农村建设离不开农业机械化的发展,就此提出在今后时期内农业机械化发展的重点、措施和建议。

This thesis mainly points to the leading thought that the socialism new countryside which has, been put forward on the party＇s 16 session of fifth plenary session, combining with our nation＇s development for agricultural mechanization in current stage. It expounds that the connotation of the socialism new countryside construction, mainly explains the agricultural mechanization is the premise for the the engine of the new countryside construction, and plays a basal, guiding anddecisive function. Meaawhile, it sets forth the development emphasis for current period agricultural mechanization and solvable means. This thesis discusses the relationship between the new countryside construction and the agricultural mechanization, also puts forward the suggestions for the bottleneck for the agricultural mechanization development combining with the practice of the agricultural mechanization.
