摘要 甘蔗是我国主要经济作物之一,甘蔗收获机割茬不齐、破头率高、切割损失大,严重地影响了甘蔗收获机的性能和推广应用。为此,综述了国内外在甘蔗茎秆物理力学特性、切割器、刀片及切割理论等方面的研究成果,提出了结合甘蔗茎秆材料特点和物理力学特性来研究其切割机理,将更具有科学性。结果表明,计算机仿真技术是研究甘蔗茎秆切割机理的有效手段。 The sugarcane is one of the main economic crops in China. However, the sugarcane harvester has the disadvantages of irregular cutting stubble, high head-broken rate, and great losses, which badly influence the properties of sugarcane harvester and its application. Hence, this paper summarizes the research results in the internal or external, including the physics and mechanics characteristics of sugarcane's stem, cutter, blade, and the cutting theory. This paper also puts forward to research the cutting mechanism by combining the material characteristic of sugarcane's stem with its physics and mechanics characteristic, which has more scientific. The result shows that the computer simulation technology is an effectual way to study the cutting mechanism of sugarcane's stem.
