摘要
运用ADAMS软件对一种新型轨迹的谷物横向振动平面清选筛进行了动力学仿真分析,研究了所设计的振动筛调整参数—偏心距、筛体倾角、输入转速对谷物运动的影响,对该振动筛设计的正确性和可行性进行了论证。仿真结果还表明,该振动筛具有较高的筛分效能。
Based on ADAMS, this study haddynamics simulation analysis on a grain lateral vibration plane screen with new movement track, and studied on the effect of eccentric distance, the screen's obliquity and input speed on the grain's movement, which proved the correctness and feasibility of the design and the satisfactory screening effect of the vibration screen.
