摘要
移栽裸根苗时,秧苗的直立率是影响移栽机工作质量的重要指标。为研究挠性圆盘式移栽机移栽机构各参数对秧苗直立率的影响,进行了五因素二次通用旋转组合设计试验,建立了移栽机参数与秧苗直立率间的数学模型,并分析了各参数对秧苗直立率的影响效应。试验结果表明:挠性圆盘式栽植机可以栽植裸根苗,选取适宜的参数组合,可以获得较高的直立率。
Erectness percentage of seeding of naked root transplanting is one of significant target tor tlexible disc transplanter. Five factors general rotatory compose design method is adopted for studying influence factors on erectness percentage seedling of naked root transplanting for transplanter, and the mathematical models between parameters of transplanting machine and erectness percentage seedling of are set up. Then the influencing effect formechanism parameters on erectness percentage of seedling is analyzed. Experimental make than the seedling of naked root can be transplanting for flexible disc transplanter.
