摘要
针对四川成都平原的特点,结合保护性耕作技术的实施要则,研究设计了带状浅旋小麦播种机,解决了灌区内小麦播种行距小、播种机开沟器易堵塞等问题。田间试验表明,播种平均深度为3.57mm,平均宽度为5.51cm,平均行距为20.2cm。该机能在水稻留茬或秸秆全部还田的地上进行播种作业,一次进地可完成破茬或开沟、播种等作业,而且作业时土壤扰动小,作业质量满足农艺要求。
Aimed at the Chengdu Champagne of Sichuan Province and combined with the points of the conservation tillage technology, we designed a strip rotary tillage wheat seeder. This seeder is formed with driving cutting paddy rice rootstalk- opening device, earth covering device and, so on. The field tests approved that the average depth and width of seeds and line width are 3.57cm, 5.51cm and 20.2cm. This seeder can complete cutting paddy rice rootstalk, opening, seeding and so on. It moves soil litter in working and the seeding quality meets the agricultural requirement.
