摘要
运用发动机负荷率、驱动轮滑转率和作业阻力等3个参数模型,对耕作机组进行控制研究。将模拟数据用合理的方法处理后进行模拟控制,包括输出档位、油门位置和耕深控制信号动控制。根据选定的控制策略,使发动机按最低油耗曲线运行,获得了很好的动力性和经济性。由于CAN总线的特点,使在耕作控制中充分显示了自身的优势。
According to three parameter models, which are burthen rate of engine, slide rate of driving wheel and work resistance, this paper studyies the cultivating unit. After using proper method to process simulating data, it simulates control which output shift, acclerograph and tilth signal. According to select control strategy, and makes engine operation which costs least fuel and get the best power and economy performance. As the strongpoint of CAN bus, it show great predominance in cultivating control.
