摘要 在TY295D柴油机上,以乙醇作为预混合燃料与喷入的柴油组成部分预混的复合燃烧,利用先进的计算机硬件技术和虚拟仪器LABVIEW软件技术,设计双燃料喷射系统,并进行性能试验。结果表明,柴油机烟度大幅度下降,发动机燃油消耗率优于原柴油机,排气温度也有所降低。 A Diesel/Alcohol dual fuel injection experimental system controlled by PC is introduced firstly. This system is developed based on the advanced technology of hardware and virtual instrument. The experimental studied on the TY295D diesel using the Diesel/alcohol dual fuel injection. The result shows that it can reach the original engine power, and the soot emission has very great improvement. The experiment also shows that the exhaust temperature decreased, the thermal efficiency and energy consumption have some improvement.
