摘要
通过分析微型自由活塞发动机HCCI(Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition)燃烧过程主要受化学动力学控制的特性,结合自由活塞运动特点,使用变体积法对单次冲击微型HCCI自由活塞发动机着火时刻进行预测,并建立了相应的模型。在一台微型自由活塞发动机装置上,运用该模型对不同初始混合气压力情况进行了着火时刻的预测模拟,得到一定的结果,并进行了理论分析。
Though the work process of micro free-piston HCCI (Homogeneous Charge compression Ignition) engine looks like the one of conventional engines, but, they have huge difference. Based the piston kinetic and the characteristic that HCCI depends primarily upon the compressing process and fuel oxidation kinetics, the paper has used a variable-volume method to simulate the ignite time of single-shot micro free-piston HCCI engine. And, the paper has simulated the ignite time with different initial gas pressure. Base the foregoing work, the paper has gotten the effect of initial gas pressure to single-shot micro free-piston HCCI engine ignite time.
