陕西省关中地区几种林木VA菌根真菌资源的研究

Investigation of Some Forest VA Mycorrhizal Fungi in Central Shaanxi

通过对陕西省关中地区18种林木VA菌根研究,从根际土壤中分离鉴定出VA菌根真菌23种。其中无梗囊霉属3种,球囊霉属20种,球囊霉属为优势属,摩西球囊霉、地表球囊霉、地球囊霉为优势种,本文还分析了VA菌根真菌与宿主植物的选择性及其分布规律。

23 species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were isolated from the rhizospheres of 18 kinds of trees in central Shaanxi. Three were in Acaulospora, and the others were in Glomus. Gl omus was a dominant genera. G. mosseae, G. versiforme and G. geosporum were dominant species. In this work, the selectiving and regularities of distrition are analysed between the AV mycorrhizal fungi and host trees.
